$Sea Ltd(SE)$ As US decouples from China and builds out Indonesia, Vietnam, and Malaysia mfg this seems like a great play on rising middle class in SEA. Management woke up and stopped splurging on path of global domination. Multiple consecutive quarters with great numbers and garena user growth. The great fear of tiktokshop taking over is losing steam, so nothing left to keep this stock down any more. Great balance sheet and stock price for this kind of growth opportunity. This popping $100 seems likely after another strong earnings report soon.

$Meta Platforms, Inc.(META)$ No more Zuck Bucks left for buybacks. You know what that means, billions of shares still left, the majority not even owned by anybody and the price is too high for the average person to afford even 1 share, lol. I guess the only gimmick left is to do a share split.

$Coinbase Global, Inc.(COIN)$ Coin beat earnings. This should be the floor. Everyone was selling because of scary…….. because stocks dropped they sold here thinking the same way. There will be some shorty’s and haters, but I expect some buying to take place stealing shorts money trying to cover. Making it harder for shorts to cover.

$Lumen Technologies(LUMN)$ Great turnaround week for LUMN -- however, we don't trust it and all the puffery was met with a -40% in 3 days after the AH high on Tues. We know this Sector (30 years working directly in the C-Suites for Fiber network rollouts) and Company (in its previous structure) very well. This sector always run through a few "spikes" only to be ground down to "dumb pipe" realities. You can puff all you want, however, LUMN is no different. The "spikes" for this sector in the past 5-7 years have gone from months to days. Thus, we fully expect this current spike to largely be extinguished by the latest, late August. LUMN is worth, at most, $3.00 - 3.50/share. Have a great weekend all.

$Unity Software Inc.(U)$ U some things that stuck out to me: Industry vertical grew 60% yoy, they signed up Audi, Diageo (owner of Guinness etc) and Bosch amongst others. Industry now represents 18% of business up from 14% last year. Gross margins improved to 84%. I remember when they were in low 70% a couple years back. Strong sequential improvements there. New Head of Product for Grow sounds like a heavy hitter who can bring that product where it needs to be. Comps next year will be favourable. CEO clearly knows gaming industry and gaming engines back to front and is very passionate about it. He was a large a customer of Unity previously. Jury is out on whether he’s an effective ceo but he certainly knows the ins and outs of the business and what U

$Novavax(NVAX)$ Fake smarties will give unverified stats, fake numbers, question the performance as if they have invested 10s of millions of dollars with NVAX... watch out. It is good to have healthy discussion but these are just drainers for nothing. Just ignore them or mute them.

$Microsoft(MSFT)$ Stock splits generate interest from investors, which positively impact the stock price. Split is a bullish sign for investors, especially the split from MSFT, a blue-chip company. Investors view stock splits as a sign that the company is confident in its future growth prospects

$Shopify(SHOP)$ It sounds very similar to Q2, but knowing Shopify underestimating the similar surprise like today might be in the books.Revenue to grow at a low-to-mid-twenties percentage rate on a YoY basisFree cash flow margin to be similar to Q2 2024

$Micron Technology(MU)$ It took 6 months for MU to go from $85 to $153 (Feb to mid July). Then it took 6 weeks to fron $153 to $85. This has nothing to do with company financial performance. It is all algo and hedge fund trading, especially index options.

$Walt Disney(DIS)$ Does not matter what DIS owns when 70% of the population lives paycheck to paycheck and has no money to waste on DIS, Covid the FEDs and the Government handed out 7 trillion dollars that not going to happen this time . All that money people had to Gamble with under the Covid recession they won't have this time , Means DKNG just might get slaughtered Time will tell. The Banks jacking rates on Credit cards to 38% makes sure people will not have money to waste on DIS or DKNG

$Occidental(OXY)$ The pe ratio is 16 this company is profitable and the average tech stock is a 30 plus pe ratio. Gas is needed. Electric is failing miserably. People, I wouldn't make fun of Buffett. The guy is the GOAT on Wall Street and he knows more about companies more than they know themselves. When this runs back up $10 the bulls will emerge like they always do the fake bulls. Everyone is never bullish when a great company shares fall hard only when they jump 100% and it's too late.

$Alibaba(BABA)$ $Alibaba(09988)$ For those that have not followed BABA for a long time, it does have a history of running up before earnings are released. Sentiment is even more positive this year with stock repurchasing, newly released higher fees for sellers, Aliexpress growth, and AI ambitions.So, it is again very likely that we run up into mid $80’s over the next couple of weeks. What happens after earnings release is unknown.

$McDonald's(MCD)$ Wages for employees have increased dramatically. Many blue cities are mandating huge pay increases for flipping burgers. The historical plus for fast food was low wages but that has changed and will only get worse with living wage demands. MCD did well for a long time but those days are gone.

$NVIDIA Corp(NVDA)$ 28-May-24 - this stock price, for the first time this year notched up over 1108.2 (110.82) - this is comparable to today's price. This happened after May 22nd ER, when the stock price jumped from 949.5 to 1040. So, Although NVDA is not behaving like a Las Vegas slot machine ( I know many were hoping that), it is still a good stock to hold on to - especially, with a ER coming up and a very real chance of a interest rate cut in September.If past few months have any indication, this one may jump another 10$ just after the upcoming ER - and with an interest cut, it may notch up a few more $ by beginning of September. Finally, if there is any buy back, then this one may go up to $130 by the end of the year

$Alibaba(BABA)$ $Alibaba(09988)$ 9988 up over 5%. Nice. Does it change anything? No. We need Baba to climb over 81 USD and stay there. Until than it is just a game of bigger guys. Once we leave 70s for good there is an uptrend waiting. Until than anything can happen.

$Marathon Digital Holdings Inc(MARA)$ heres my thought....it seems bitcoin is more valuable than mara stock. they could have done a buy back driving the sp up a ton and luring new investors into the fold. it also would have given large holders the confidence to up their positions.... fred missed an oppertunity to leave the 20s in the dust. instead fred bought bitcoin. he clearly thinks it more valuable than his companys stock....

$Microsoft(MSFT)$ I love UNIX systems. I wrote code and thesis on UNIX systems. I enjoy working on UNIX. It's fun without viruses !!Want to get rid of Windows for everything. I use virtual systems for most of work, but not junk Windows. They are so u stable and filled with scams.

$Visa(V)$ If you own V, you should know by now that most of the time V will go down or barely budge when good earnings come out. So when V missed, blood is all over. I have owned V for 8 years, but decided to sell some of my early holdings in the past months. I regret not selling more because I did not want to get hit with too much capital gains tax(a mistake). I am a long term investor, but V's growth is over. If you compare V at 1 yr, 2 yrs, 5 yrs to the S&P500 bench mark, V consistently lags S&P500. You invest in an individual stock in hope to beat the bench mark, but V failed to do so in the last 5 years. It's time to move on. V is no longer a growth stock in the last 5 years. The chart is there, don't lie to yourself.
