Chinese EV already have early lead, and will be boosted by killing off Europe competitors and will still be able to compete against higher cost Europe market. Xpev, leader in auto software, will get more partnership opportunities and benefit from this. At the end, Freetrade countries eventually drops barriers and found more setbacks. I don't see this as negative news for Xpev, but more potential good news for this stock.The victors will have superior products and once the stigma of made in china is gone just like made in Japan in the 60's/70's, they will conquer global markets.Chinese EV companies are seriously undervalued right now. The issue is there are lots of them and competition in the market is FIERCE. I've lost 70% on XPEV but their new G6 is a beast and serious value for money.

Recently noticed that TSM has been downtrodden, however it still seems undervalued to me at a glance sitting at a P/E of 15. IIRC TSM is building a facility in USA and its not been going too smooth. Its been delayed, and the TSM executives aren't too happy with "American work culture" compared to the taiwanese one. Basically they are saying Americans are lazy compared to Taiwanese so they are trying to get more Taiwanese people to be approved for US visa by asking Biden so they can replace the American workers that are building the plant which the unions have been really pissed about. I think they are also trying to get Taiwanese engineers in the plant after its built instead of American ones as well because of the same reasons. Micron: The Time To Buy Is Now
The reason I am so bullish is actually a very simple thesis. The demand for memory is going up exponentially with all high performance computing applications/ AI/ Meta/ the need for memory is not going anywhere. And there is only one domestic player. If there comes any policy that encourages all domestic tech companies to buy memory from micron then …:) I can see that happening with policies for domestic chips factories being made here. Again all these are uncertain and market will not price that in now. After seeing Coinbase show that their deposits were actually up for the quarter I think it’s becoming safer to say that the 180 million provision for future bond sales SI set up last quarter will be an overstated provision. That they didn’t need to sell as many bonds this quarter than they thought. And thus their future related write down was too much. I’m actually expecting a better earnings over the past 30 days. What is the next resistance level?
Not yet the dumb money has to actually believe we are in a new bull market. Plus you have to have the bears capitulate and positioning and sentiment have to go extremely bullish. Then I would load up on puts. Right now people are still short. Dumb hedge funds got caught on the wrong side by being short. Now the bulls trying to get back what they lost last year. Once the shorts capitulate I would probably wait for that setup. It’s all about positioning and sentiment really. I’d look at the COT reports which contains valuable data to know which is a better risk reward. This stock however can only appreciate more if they fire the CEO and get someone competent.
