Horizontal movements do not means under-perform. PE has been progressively moving down from the 30s to now closer to 28. This serves as indicator of moving out from 'bubble' state into more normalise state. As each quarter progress forward in 2022 & 2023, expect stable revenue growth (low double digit or high single digit). Risk is on those new expansion fabs(in US and JP) if costs escalate beyond originally budgeted due to unforeseen delays & challenges.
