Finsoft Financial Investment Holdings Limited (“Finsoft”) disclosed a new loan agreement under which its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Finsoft Finance Limited, will provide a two-year loan of HK$2,800,000 at an 8% annual interest rate to Fortune Grace Management Limited. InvesTech Holdings Limited (stock code: 1087) acts as the guarantor, offering a corporate guarantee in favor of Finsoft Finance Limited.

According to the announcement, the loan is effective from November 19, 2025, to November 18, 2027, with interest payable quarterly. The borrower may repay the principal and accrued interest before maturity by giving prior written notice.
