Following approval by the shareholders' meeting, Wang Xiaoqing's director qualification must be submitted to the National Financial Regulatory Administration for review. His term will commence from the date the company receives the approval of his qualification from the National Financial Regulatory Administration and will last until the expiration of the 13th board of directors' term.
