Casablanca Group Limited (02223) reported that its authorized share capital remained at a total of 500,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.1 each, amounting to HKD 50,000,000. There were no changes in issued share capital during October 2025, maintaining 257,854,000 issued shares and zero treasury shares.
The 2022 Share Option Scheme had 6,200,000 share options outstanding, with no shares issued or transferred under the scheme during the month. Consequently, no additional funds were raised, and there were no other movements such as warrants, convertibles, or other arrangements to issue shares.
