China Cinda (01359): Song Weigang's Qualifications as Director and President Approved

The National Financial Regulatory Administration has approved Mr. Song Weigang's qualifications to serve as a director and the president of China Cinda (01359).
Pursuant to this approval, Mr. Song has been appointed as an executive director of the company, with his directorship taking effect from December 31, 2025, for a term of three years; he is eligible for re-election upon the term's expiration.
Concurrently, Mr. Song has been appointed as the company's president, with this appointment also effective from December 31, 2025.
Furthermore, Mr. Song will serve as a member of the Board's Strategic Development Committee.
