Palo Alto Networks trimmed its annual profit forecast on Tuesday, signaling rising costs from recent acquisitions to enhance AI capabilities, sending the cybersecurity company's shares down over 8% in overnight trading.

Cadence Design Systems beat quarterly revenue estimates on Tuesday, as strong demand for complex artificial intelligence processors lifted sales of its chip design software.
Shares of the San Jose, California-based company were up 4% in overnight trading.

Nano Nuclear reported quarterly losses of 13 cents per share which beat the consensus estimate for losses of 29 cents per share. The company expects estimated cash expenditures of approximately $65 million over the next 12 months. Shares of Nano Nuclear jumped about 3% in overnight trading.
