AustAsia Group Ltd. (AAG) has reported that its issued share capital remained unchanged for the month ended 31 August 2026, according to its latest monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Ltd.
The company closed August with 980.65 million ordinary shares in issue and no treasury shares, identical to the prior month’s balance. As a Singapore-incorporated entity, AustAsia Group does not maintain an authorised capital nor par-value shares under the Singapore Companies Act.
Public float remains compliant with Main Board Rule 13.32D(1), with at least 25 percent of total issued shares held by the public as of month-end.
Equity incentive structures were unchanged: • AAG Share Option Scheme: 4.08 million options outstanding; no exercises during August. Up to 65.97 million shares could be issued upon full exercise of outstanding and ungranted options under the mandate. • AAG Post-IPO Restricted Share Unit Scheme: no RSUs vested or shares issued in August. The scheme retains capacity for up to 69.99 million shares, representing 10 percent of shares outstanding on the 30 December 2022 listing date.
No warrants, convertibles, share repurchases, or treasury share movements occurred during the period. Director and CEO Yang Ku submitted the return on 2 September 2026.
