Yunhong Guixin Group Holdings Limited (GUIXIN GROUP, 08349) has appointed Zhang Senquan as Company Secretary and Authorised Representative under GEM Listing Rules 5.14 and 5.24, effective 9 March 2026.
Zhang, aged 49, brings more than 20 years of accounting, auditing and managerial experience. He is currently audit principal at Nortex (HK) CPA Limited and serves on multiple Hong Kong-listed boards, including independent non-executive directorships at Natural Food International Holding Limited (1837), Strawbear Entertainment Group (2125), Chenqi Technology Limited (9680) and Shanghai Bao Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. (2659). He also holds company secretary roles at China General Education Group Limited (2175) and Zhonggan Communication (Group) Holdings Limited (2545), and is an independent director at Shanghai-listed Shandong Weigao Blood Purification Products Co., Ltd. (603014).
His prior listed-company posts span finance, corporate secretarial and board positions at Guanze Medical Information Industry (Holding) Co., Ltd. (2427), TYK Medicines, Inc (2410), Jiande International Holdings Limited (865), Sang Hing Holdings (International) Limited (1472), Southwest Securities International Securities Limited (812), Huazhong in-Vehicle Holdings Company Limited (6830) and Goodbaby International Holdings Limited (1086). Zhang holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Fudan University and is a member of the Hong Kong, China and American Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.
