CEO Elon Musk, who supported Trump during the campaign, anticipates a favorable regulatory environment for Tesla, potentially strengthening its market position in a non-EV subsidy environment. NVIDIA Corp rose by 4.03%, becoming the most valuable company in the U.S., surpassing Apple. Microsoft increased by 2.10%, and Alphabet saw a rise of 4.04% after Loop Capital raised its price target from $170.00 to $185.00.
Super Micro Computer Inc tumbled by 18.05% after issuing a disappointing business update. Several analysts adjusted their price targets, with Barclays lowering it from $42 to $25 and maintaining an equal-weight rating.
