AP News reports that Iranian authorities have expressed willingness to send a delegation for a second round of talks with the U.S. in Islamabad this week, according to two Pakistani officials speaking on condition of anonymity.
The officials said there is cautious optimism that delegations from both Iran and the United States could travel to Islamabad, though arrangements have not been finalized.
