瑞银涨近5%，瑞士信贷跌近55%，瑞士联邦政府宣布，瑞银集团将以30亿瑞士法郎收购瑞信，较瑞信3月17日市值打四折。
第一共和银行大跌20%，公司评级遭标普一周内二次下调。拼多多跌近13%，拼多多Q4营收398.2亿元人民币，不及预期。
纽约社区银行涨超35%，纽约社区银行今日声明称，根据与美国联邦存款保险公司(FDIC)达成的协议，该行收购了签名银行约380亿美元的资产，同时也将承担约360亿美元的负债。
