Transtech Optelecom (9963) Announces Remuneration Committee Changes

Transtech Optelecom Science Holdings Limited (stock code: 9963) disclosed that, effective 3 November 2025, an executive director of the group, Ms. Sheng Lingfei, will step down from the Remuneration Committee. According to the announcement, Ms. Sheng’s decision is due to increased business commitments. She has confirmed there is no disagreement with the board and no other matters require further attention.
Meanwhile, the company has announced the appointment of another executive director, Mr. Xu Jinjie, to the Remuneration Committee, also effective from 3 November 2025. The board expressed gratitude for Ms. Sheng’s past contributions. The board composition otherwise remains unchanged.
