China Hot EV Stocks Slumped in Morning Trading

Shares of Li Auto Inc. dropped 5.14% in morning trading Monday, after the China-based electric vehicle maker reported a second-quarter net loss that nearly tripled, revenue that fell well short of expectations and provided a downbeat third-quarter outlook, citing "numerous pandemic-related challenges."
XPeng and NIO shares slid 6.35% and 1.85% respectively in morning trading.
