The selection rules for the 2025 Top Ten Financial Books are as follows: The evaluation will be conducted through a combination of online public voting and expert review; the results from the online vote will account for 40% of the final weight, while the expert panel's review will determine the remaining 60%.
The selection process is structured in three phases: from December 19, 2025, to January 7, 2026, is the preliminary round featuring online voting (after the online voting concludes, books will be ranked based on the number of votes received, from highest to lowest). From January 8, 2026, to January 14, 2026, is the secondary review round, where the expert panel will conduct their assessment and provide expert opinions. The final evaluation round runs from January 15, 2026, to January 22, 2026, during which the final list will be confirmed based on the combined results of the public vote and the expert panel's review.
Important notes for the selection: the final results will be comprehensively determined by integrating the online public votes with the selections of the expert review panel. If any instances of malicious vote manipulation are identified and persist despite warnings, the voting channels for those involved will be disabled.
