HTSC (06886): Huatai International Provides Guarantee for Huatai International Finance's HK$1.05 Billion Medium-Term Note Issuance

HTSC (06886) announced that Huatai International Finance Limited, an affiliate of its wholly-owned overseas subsidiary Huatai International Financial Holdings Limited, issued two medium-term notes under its existing offshore Medium-Term Note program on December 29, 2025.
The total issuance amounts were HK$620 million and HK$430 million, respectively.
This MTN program, which was established on October 27, 2020, has a maximum aggregate principal amount of up to US$3 billion (or its equivalent in other currencies) and is guaranteed by Huatai International.
Based on the Hong Kong dollar to Renminbi exchange rate on November 28, 2025 (HKD 1 = RMB 0.9099), the total guaranteed amount is approximately RMB 955 million.
