Shenzhen Jingcun Technology has received a filing notice from the International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission regarding its overseas listing and the full circulation of its domestic unlisted shares, according to a report from Zhitong Finance APP.
The company plans to issue no more than 13,053,800 ordinary shares for overseas listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, while 40 shareholders intend to convert a total of 102,160,000 domestic unlisted shares into overseas listed shares.
According to its prospectus, Jingcun Technology is a leading independent embedded storage product manufacturer in mainland China, primarily focused on the research and development, design, testing—as a key part of the production process—and sales of embedded storage products and other storage products.
An independent memory manufacturer refers to a semiconductor memory company that does not operate its own memory wafer fabrication facilities, but instead procures wafers from external sources. These companies leverage their own design, packaging, or testing capabilities to integrate externally sourced wafers and other components, thereby providing a diverse range of storage products.
