Singapore Stocks to Watch: OCBC, EC World REIT, Yoma, Creative Technology and More

The following company saw new developments that may affect trading of its securities on Friday (Sep 22):

Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation (OCBC)’s Singapore headquarters has joined OTC Clearing Hong Kong Limited (OTC Clear) and LCH SwapClear as a direct clearing member.

The units in EC World REIT will remain suspended, says the REIT manager. This is after the REIT’s trustee has determined that it is in the REIT’s unitholders’ best interests that the REIT’s units remain suspended.

Leader Environmental Technologies has divested its full equity interest in Jilin Anjie Environmental Engineering to Gansu Zhengbo Stone for RMB6.6 million ($1.3 million). A sale and purchase agreement (SPA) was entered into on Sept 21.

Yoma Strategic Holdings has filed its registration statement and draft prospectus to issue Thai baht-denominated guaranteed bonds. The statement and prospectus were filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand (Thailand SEC) for its review.

Creative Technology is delighted to announce its strategic partnership with Skyworth, bringing the award-winning Super X-Fi Spatial Holographic Audio technology into their latest TV line-up, which includes state-of-the-art miniLED 4K models.
