A dedicated event titled "Yiqi Win: Seizing ChiNext Reform Opportunities, Facilitating E-Town Enterprises' SZSE Listings" was held, where seven high-quality companies presented live to investors for capital matching. On August 20, Beijing E-Town and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE) jointly hosted this special session, during which the "Wild Geese Plan" enterprise service platform was officially launched for the district. The event capitalized on the SZSE's addition of a fourth listing standard for ChiNext, creating a direct channel between local businesses and the exchange to empower the region's hard-tech sector growth.
The activation of the "Wild Geese Plan" platform marks a deeper phase of collaboration between Beijing E-Town and the SZSE. In 2023, the two parties signed a strategic cooperation agreement to build a joint service base, which has since hosted routine policy briefings, listing mentorship, and investment matchmaking, giving local firms a direct gateway to national capital markets. A representative from the Beijing E-Town Administrative Committee noted: "This platform launch represents a comprehensive upgrade of our existing services, with a more complete support chain and stronger, more targeted empowerment." The platform offers services spanning listing incubation, industry-research partnerships, financing linkage, M&A advisory, and training programs.
Both sides will leverage the SZSE's "Cultivation Connect" system and "KeRongTong V-Next" platform, integrating them with E-Town's existing "Yiqi Hang" digital hub. This integration enables functional interoperability, data sharing, and complementary advantages, forming a full-lifecycle capital market service chain from early-stage incubation to listing guidance. Specifically, "KeRongTong V-Next" aggregates over 5,000 venture capital institutions and 18,000 professional investors nationwide, which will bolster E-Town's VC cluster and address early-stage financing challenges for startups. Meanwhile, the linkage between "Cultivation Connect" and "Yiqi Hang" allows for digital profiling of potential listing candidates, tiered precision cultivation, intelligent self-assessment of listing readiness, and dynamic tracking of IPO progress, all enhancing the efficiency of the "Wild Geese Plan" and clarifying the path to going public. Going forward, both parties will deepen their routine coordination mechanisms for information sharing, joint enterprise cultivation, and collaborative problem-solving, ensuring every service measure is executed thoroughly and effectively.
For companies aiming to access capital markets, support platforms and reform dividends are equally vital. In April 2026, the SZSE added a fourth set of listing criteria for ChiNext, specifically targeting high-growth emerging industries and research-intensive future sectors. Beijing E-Town, home to numerous hard-tech enterprises with core technological advantages, aligns closely with these new standards. Data shows the district now hosts over 2,300 national high-tech enterprises and 191 state-level "Little Giant" specialized and innovative firms. Following the platform launch, the event moved into two key segments: dedicated policy interpretation and high-quality project roadshows, attracting nearly 200 companies and over 50 institutions. During the policy session, SZSE experts delivered systematic explanations of the fourth listing standard's metric design, financial thresholds, industry positioning, and review requirements. They also provided case-based analysis tailored to E-Town's enterprise profile, covering IPO pathway planning and compliance preparation for firms in the "from 1 to N" industrialization stage. Attendees actively posed questions about their specific challenges in industrialization, regulatory readiness, and fundraising strategies, seeking guidance from SZSE specialists and participating investors, fostering a lively interactive atmosphere.
In the roadshow segment, seven outstanding E-Town companies presented projects spanning brain-computer large-model embodied intelligence, robot core components, smart agriculture, and digital energy. Kunwei Technology showcased "Industrialization of Robotic Force Sensor Technology," detailing how it applies aerospace-grade force sensing to civilian markets, overcoming industry pain points such as crosstalk in six-axis force sensors and prohibitive pricing. The company has achieved domestic mass production of six-axis force sensors and joint torque sensors, supplying leading humanoid, collaborative, and medical robot makers, effectively breaking overseas monopolies. Tianji Zhicheng focused on embodied intelligence combining brain-computer interfaces with large models, exploring how to convert EEG, EMG, and IMU signals along with visual data into executable action commands for intelligent agents, advancing human-machine collaborative operations beyond mere signal reading. Shu You Technology targeted AI models for oil and gas extraction, presenting its self-developed digital petroleum platform, sharing real-world field application cases, and outlining market expansion progress alongside its strategy to boost market share in oil and gas industrial intelligence through capital support. During the roadshow, SZSE experts and representatives from leading VC firms delivered professional evaluations of each project, offering targeted advice on building core technical moats, downstream market expansion, mass-production risk management, commercialization pace, capital market fundraising strategies, and pre-IPO preparation. The atmosphere remained highly engaged throughout. Attending investors universally praised the high quality of the presented companies, noting their impressive technological innovation and market prospects, which not only demonstrate strong current momentum but also clear pathways and substantial potential for public listings, marking them as worthy investment targets. Several institutions expressed immediate intent to pursue due diligence and follow-up negotiations, with some companies reaching preliminary alignment with VC partners.
During the event, an SZSE research team also conducted on-site visits to two key E-Town enterprises, gaining deeper insights into their R&D efforts, business layouts, and medium-to-long-term strategies, while affirming their innovation capabilities and growth potential. Moving forward, the "Wild Geese Plan" platform will provide these firms with targeted listing incubation and investment matchmaking services. E-Town has cultivated a "wild goose formation" development pattern, led by listed companies, bolstered by prospective IPO candidates, and supported by a pipeline of sci-tech innovators. The district currently counts 64 listed enterprises domestically and abroad, with over 80 "Hongyan" (swan goose) companies and more than 600 "Chuyan" (young goose) firms. This year alone, six new companies have gone public, with expectations of around 12 total by year-end, highlighting a growing cluster effect and an expanding listing pipeline. With the launch of the "Wild Geese Plan" platform as a new starting point, E-Town will continue deepening its comprehensive strategic cooperation with the SZSE, polish the "Yiqi Win" service brand, strengthen routine coordination mechanisms with the Beijing Stock Exchange, Shanghai Stock Exchange, SZSE, and Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and refine the virtuous cycle linking technology, industry, and capital. These efforts aim to guide more E-Town hard-tech enterprises into multi-tiered capital markets, steadily expanding the region's listing formation and injecting robust momentum into the capital's high-quality development.
