Mr. Xu indicated he has no disagreement with the board, and there are no other matters that warrant further attention in relation to his resignation.
Following Mr. Xu’s departure, the company also confirmed that another executive director, Ms. Sheng Lingfei, has been appointed as a new member of the Nomination Committee, effective the same day. The board expressed its appreciation for Mr. Xu’s contributions and formally noted Ms. Sheng's transition into the Nomination Committee role.
