U.S. retailer Walmart is seeking to raise up to $3.74 billion by selling its stake in Chinese e-commerce firm JD.com, Bloomberg News reported, citing people familiar with the matter. U.S.-listed shares in JD.com dropped 9.5% in overnight trading.

BigBear.ai and Concept Solutions team awarded 10yr $2.4 billion shared contract with U.S. Federal Aviation Administration to provide IT solutions and emerging tech. BigBear.ai shares soared 35.3% in overnight trading.

The temporary halt of a sports streaming joint venture from The Disney, Warner Bros. Discovery and Fox Corporation is a big win for fuboTV. fuboTV shares has risen for 6 consecutive days and gained another 2.6% in overnight trading.

  • JD announced that Walmart has already sold the 5% stake values at US$3.5 b .so this is a fantastic opportunity to buy the shares.  The quantum of sales is less than Jensen Huang's Sale of Nvidia.
