New China Life Insurance Hits Record High in A-Share Price and Market Cap

On December 24, New China Life Insurance Company Ltd. (NCI) announced that its A-shares closed at CNY 72.71 on December 23 (Tuesday), marking a 1.55% increase and surpassing the previous record of CNY 71.72 set on November 17, 2017. This represents an all-time high since its listing. Meanwhile, its H-shares rose 1.28% to HKD 55.60, reaching an eight-year peak.
The combined market capitalization of NCI's A- and H-shares reached CNY 203.8 billion, reflecting a year-to-date increase of CNY 77.6 billion and setting another historical record since its IPO.
