据贝壳财经，11月19日，欢聚集团回应浑水做空报告称，浑水的报告充满了对直播行业和直播生态的无知，报告中逻辑不清、数据混乱、以偏概全，包含了大量的错误。

今天稍早，知名做空机构浑水公司做空中概股欢聚集团，浑水称调查显示 YY 直播有大约 90% 都是伪造数据。浑水在一份简短的报告中称，对于 YY 直播，该机构研究了近 1.5 亿笔交易，预期欢聚时代针对 YY 直播业务报告的营收中有近 90% 为伪造数据，此外绝大多数 YY 直播声称的付费用户也存在同样的问题。欢聚集团海外直播业务 BIGO LIVE 的营收数据也存在 80% 的伪造成分。

今日美股收盘，欢聚集团股价暴跌 26.48%，报73.66美元。盘后欢聚集团上涨14.73%至每股美国存托凭证84.51美元。
