Postal Savings Bank of China Announces Departure of Executive Director and President Liu Jianjun

Postal Savings Bank of China (PSBC) announced that the company's board of directors has received the resignation letter from Mr. Liu Jianjun. Mr. Liu Jianjun has resigned from his positions as an Executive Director, President, Chairman and Member of the Board's Social Responsibility and Consumer Rights Protection Committee, and Member of the Board's Strategic Planning Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Bank, having reached the statutory retirement age. The resignation of Mr. Liu Jianjun will take effect from December 26, 2025.

PSBC stated that, prior to the formal assumption of duties by the new President and the new Chairman of the Board's Social Responsibility and Consumer Rights Protection Committee, the Bank's Board has designated Ms. Yao Hong (Executive Director, Vice President, and Chief Risk Officer) to act as the President and Chairman of the Board's Social Responsibility and Consumer Rights Protection Committee.
