BANK OF CHINA (HKEX: 03988) has announced that the dividend payment plan for the third tranche of its domestic preference shares has been approved by the board of directors.
The dividend distribution is authorized under the framework for the domestic private placement of preference shares, which was approved by the bank's first extraordinary general meeting in 2019.
The board meeting held on April 29, 2026, ratified the specific dividend plan for this third tranche of domestic preference shares, identified on the Shanghai Stock Exchange with the code 360033 and the abbreviated name Zhonghang You 3.
The dividend will be paid to shareholders on June 29, 2026.
