The formal listing follows the publication of the offering circular dated 24 August 2026, its supplemental circular dated 14 October 2026, and a pricing supplement finalised on 15 October 2026. All documentation confirms that the Notes have not been, and will not be, registered under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933 and are therefore not available to U.S. persons except under specific exemptions.
The Board of Directors of Bank of China Limited issued the notice on 23 October 2026, reiterating that the listing pertains solely to professional investors and does not constitute an offer to the general public.
