In 2025, the development of ESG in China has comprehensively transitioned from "establishing standards" to a phase of "strengthening regulations." With the implementation of new national emission reduction targets, the expansion of carbon market coverage, and the continuous improvement of the three-tier disclosure standard system comprising "basic standards + industry guidelines + preparation guides," corporate ESG performance has shifted from voluntary practice to a compliance requirement, becoming a vital link connecting commercial value with social value. Against this backdrop, adhering to the principles of "fairness, justice, and openness," and relying on an authoritative ESG rating database, Sina Finance initiated the 2025 China Corporate ESG "Golden Responsibility Awards" selection in November 2025, aiming to honor enterprises and institutions that have made outstanding contributions to China's ESG cause.
