The approvals also confirmed Ma Xianghui's qualification as a director and Lu Liping's qualification as an independent director of the same bank.
The National Financial Regulatory Administration stated that the bank must ensure the newly approved individuals strictly adhere to the relevant regulatory rules set by the administration. They are required to assume their positions within three months from the date of this administrative licensing decision and must report their assumption of duties promptly as required. Should they fail to take up their posts within the stipulated period, this approval document will become invalid, and the deciding authority will proceed with the cancellation of the administrative license.
