INFINITIES TECH (01961) announced that, in light of market conditions and long-term development strategies, the board has authorized the group’s management and business units to deepen financial cooperation with various banks. By steadily advancing diversified operations such as liquidity loans and letter of credit financing, the company aims to optimize its financial structure and ensure operational liquidity, thereby strengthening risk resilience and long-term operational stability while laying a solid financial foundation for sustainable growth.
The company disclosed that it has approved its wholly-owned subsidiary, Guangzhou Jiuzun Interactive Technology Development Co., Ltd., to apply for a credit facility ranging from a minimum of RMB3 million to a maximum of RMB15 million with a mainland state-owned commercial bank. Additionally, another wholly-owned subsidiary (controlled via contractual arrangements), Chengdu Zhile Interactive Technology Co., Ltd., will provide full joint liability guarantee for the credit facility. The funds will be exclusively used for the borrower’s daily working capital needs and no other purposes.
Through this loan agreement, the group intends to enhance the borrower’s working capital to support its core business operations. The facility will also help the group diversify financing channels, supplement operational funds, and optimize its debt structure.
