自动驾驶公司MOMENTA 将于明日挂牌，MOMENTA 暗盘升逾 9%，一手账面赚 552 港元。
MOMENTA此前发行1993.8万股，一成于香港作公开发售，发售价为每股295.6港元，集资58.9亿港元，每手20股，一手入场费5971.6港元，中金公司、德银为联席保荐人。
MOMENTA专注于开发及商业化智能驾驶技术，以提升出行于物流领域的安全性和效率，具体包括通过量产车解决方案以及规模化自动驾驶出行应用来实现，目前正处于部署L3/L4 级自动驾驶解决方案的早期阶段，并正持续向更高级别的自动化演进。
根据灼识咨询的资料，于2025年，MOMENTA为中国L2级辅助驾驶解决方案（包括L2级-城市NOA、L2级-高速NOA及传统ADAS解决方案）市场前五大参与者之一，且为全球同一市场前十大参与者之一。
