Precious metal shares & ETFs fell in overnight trading with AGQ down over 5%, UGL, HYMC down over 3%; Pan American Silver, Harmony Gold down over 2%.
Spot gold was down 3.65% at $5,180.31 per ounce, after scaling a record $5,594.82 the previous day. Spot silver was down 3.55% at $111.76 an ounce, after hitting a record high of $121.64 on Thursday.
Crypto shares slid in overnight trading as bitcoin fell below $82K. Riot Platforms, BitMine, CleanSpark down over 3%.
