On December 26, 2025, CTG DUTY-FREE (01880) announced that it received a "Notice of Winning the Bid" from China International Tendering Co., Ltd., confirming its wholly-owned subsidiary, China Duty Free Group Co., Ltd., as the successful bidder for Lot 01 of the Beijing Capital International Airport duty-free project. The winning bid amounts to a first-year guaranteed operating fee of RMB 480 million and a first-year sales royalty rate of 5%. The operating period will run from the contract's specified start date until February 10, 2034, which is a term not exceeding eight years.
Following the formal signing of the aforementioned project, the company's channel advantages in domestic core airports will be further enhanced.
