据路透，三位知情人士周五透露，希音（Shein）已获得香港交易所上市委员会的批准，可进行首次公开募股（IPO），这使得这家快时尚零售商距离其期待已久的在这个亚洲金融中心的股市首秀更近一步。
此次IPO将成为香港多年来最受瞩目的上市交易之一，也是对投资者对大型消费类交易兴趣的重大考验。此前，希音在纽约和伦敦的上市努力均因监管审查而搁浅。
上述知情人士因未获授权对媒体发言而要求匿名。希音和香港交易所的发言人均未立即回应路透社就聆讯结果提出的置评请求。
据路透社周一报道，香港交易所上市委员会对希音IPO的聆讯定于周四进行，该公司需就运营和财务问题作答。
根据当地市场规则，一旦公司在聆讯后获得交易所上市委员会的批准，即可着手进行投资者路演和IPO簿记建档。
希音此次香港IPO寻求400亿至500亿美元的估值。这远低于媒体所报道的2022年其首次启动纽约上市计划时，在一轮融资中获得的1000亿美元估值。
