报道说，美方谈判文本在一定程度上“缩小了分歧”，但进一步缩小分歧“需要美方摒弃战争倾向”。
报道说，巴基斯坦陆军参谋长穆尼尔将到访伊朗，旨在推动伊朗与美国缩小分歧，促成双方达成正式谅解备忘录。
另据伊朗光明通讯社21日早些时候报道，伊朗外交部发言人巴加埃表示，伊方“正在评估”美方通过巴基斯坦转交的最新谈判意见。
