Hong Kong Stock Exchange data reveals that on January 5, a shareholder of CH FRONTIER TEC (01661) transferred shares from Saint Hon Financial Holdings to UBS Securities Hong Kong Limited, with the transferred shares valued at HK$17.44 million, representing a 10.66% stake. CH FRONTIER TEC announced that on December 24, 2025, the company intends to sell the entire issued share capital of Torch Media Co., Ltd. to Crestwell International Limited for a consideration of HK$8 million. Furthermore, as stipulated in the sale and purchase agreement, certain prepayments currently held by the target group will be transferred to the company's subsidiary, Shen Qian Ke. The target company is primarily engaged in the production and distribution of media content.
