Frasers Property Limited announced on Dec, 26 2025 that its Thai subsidiary, Frasers Property Holdings (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (FPHT), will channel fresh funding of up to 37.7 million Singapore dollars into Must Be Company Limited, the group’s technology joint venture with units of Thai Beverage.
The package comprises a new shareholder-loan facility of 14.0 million Singapore dollars and a promissory note worth 23.7 million Singapore dollars issued by the JV in favour of FPHT.
Proceeds will support the JV’s 50 % stake in BetterBe Marketplace Co., Ltd., operator of the online home-improvement platforms NocNoc in Thailand and Renos.id in Indonesia.
Frasers Property said the financing terms are identical to those offered to the JV’s other shareholders and forms part of its broader digital collaboration framework signed in 2022 and 2023.
The deal is classified as an interested-person transaction under Singapore Exchange rules, lifting the group’s total such transactions this financial year to about 0.46 % of its latest net tangible assets.
