HSBC Schedules 4 August Board Meeting to Approve H1 2026 Results and Consider Second Interim Dividend

HSBC Holdings plc announced that a committee of its Board of Directors will convene on 4 August 2026 to approve the group’s interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026 and to decide on the declaration of a second interim dividend for the 2026 financial year.

If endorsed at the meeting, the dividend will be distributed on 25 September 2026 to shareholders registered by the close of business on 14 August 2026 across the United Kingdom principal register, the Hong Kong and Bermuda overseas branch registers, and the American Depositary Shares register in New York. Specific dividend per-share details will be released in the forthcoming results announcement.

The notice was issued on 23 July 2026 by Group Company Secretary Angela McEntee. The current Board comprises Independent Non-Executive Chairman Brendan Robert Nelson and 13 directors, including executives Georges Bahjat Elhedery and Manveen (Pam) Kaur, alongside 11 independent non-executive directors.
