On December 26, Postal Savings Bank Of China Co.,Ltd. announced that its board of directors has approved the appointment of Ms. Yang Xilin as the Bank's Financial Markets Director. Her appointment will take effect upon approval by the National Financial Regulatory Administration.
According to her resume, Yang Xilin, female, born in 1971, holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Central Institute of Finance and Banking (now the Central University of Finance and Economics) and is a senior economist. She has previously held positions including Deputy Director of the Shenzhen Postal Savings and Remittance Bureau, and Assistant President and Vice President of the PSBC Shenzhen Branch. She currently serves as the General Manager of the Financial Interbank Department at PSBC.
