Tesla Motors fell over 1.8% in early trading, hitting a nearly one-month low.

On the news front, SEC filings show that Tesla has entered into multiple financing arrangements, including a $20 billion three-year delayed draw term loan facility, an $8 billion five-year revolving credit facility, and a $2 billion 364-day revolving credit facility.
In addition, Tesla has postponed the unveiling event for its next-generation Roadster, originally scheduled for this week, to October 15. Tesla said: "Given the severe weather conditions forecast and the fact that the event can only be held outdoors, we made the difficult decision to reschedule." The event is still expected to take place at SpaceX's test facility in McGregor, Texas.
