Tencent (00700.HK) Announces Share Issuance and Share Repurchases

Tencent Holdings Limited (stock code: 00700) disclosed that on 19 November 2025, 13,038 new ordinary shares were issued at a weighted average price of HKD 331.3 per share. As of the same day, the number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) stood at 9,144,825,176.
The company also reported repurchases for cancellation on 18 November 2025 of 1,013,000 shares at HKD 627.4452 per share and on 19 November 2025 of 1,018,000 shares at HKD 624.2661 per share. According to the repurchase report, on 19 November 2025, 1,018,000 shares were bought back on the Exchange, with a highest repurchase price of HKD 630.5 and a lowest of HKD 619.5, for a total payment of approximately HKD 635.50 million.
