GUOFUHEE (02582) Partners with South Korean Firms to Develop Hydrogen Power Products Targeting US Data Center Market

GUOFUHEE (02582) announced on December 6, 2025, that it has entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with BTE Inc. and Hylium Industries, Inc. (both companies incorporated under the laws of South Korea) to jointly develop and manufacture hydrogen power generation modules using natural gas reforming and proton exchange membrane technology.

Under the agreement, the product will integrate GUOFUHEE's natural gas reforming hydrogen production equipment with BTE's fuel cell power generation systems. The modules will be distributed in the US data center market through Hylium's wholly-owned subsidiary in the country.

Given the growing power shortages in US data centers and BTE's existing power supply demonstration projects in the region, the collaboration aims to secure orders for at least 1GW within three years.
