Hong Kong, 20 July 2026 — CHINASOFT INT'L has entered into a token revenue-sharing and joint innovation agreement with Beijing Moonshot AI Technology, marking a strategic move to reposition Chinasoft as a high professional-value token operator and accelerator of enterprise-grade Agentic AI adoption.

The collaboration combines Chinasoft’s industry know-how, large-scale delivery capabilities and Allmeta enterprise intelligent operating system with Moonshot AI’s trillion-parameter K2.7 Code and K3 large models. Both parties aim to commercialise Agentic AI solutions across sectors such as energy, power and financial services, bridging what the companies describe as “the last mile” of large-model deployment in enterprise scenarios.
A cornerstone of the agreement is the creation of a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) Innovation Laboratory. The lab will aggregate technical specialists to define, develop, test and iterate enterprise-grade Agent products. Early work will prioritise energy and power applications, including an Intelligent Power AOS and sector-specific agents designed to modernise core business processes. Moonshot AI will supply large-model technology, while both firms will co-develop dedicated knowledge bases, model fine-tuning frameworks and proprietary-cloud deployments adapted to domestic computing infrastructure.
The partnership adopts a token-based revenue-sharing model. Income derived from token consumption of Moonshot AI’s Kimi large model, along with any ancillary revenues, will be apportioned according to pre-agreed ratios. Chinasoft also plans to advance its self-built industry computing centre, prioritising Moonshot AI’s capacity needs to deliver “computing-power-to-enterprise” services.
Management positions the alliance as integral to Chinasoft’s full-stack, all-scenario AI strategy, reinforcing its role as “architect and integrator of enterprise Agentic AI”. By pooling technological and industry resources, the companies target accelerated digital-intelligence transformation within China’s key foundational industries while promoting technological independence in core infrastructure.
