Its annual output exceeds 120 million birds, with the entire industrial chain's value surpassing 6 billion yuan, solidifying its status as the nation's largest Sanhuang chicken breeding base. Meanwhile, Yuzhou rice noodles, carrying centuries of culinary memory for the people of Yulin, stand as a shining representative of Guangxi's traditional cuisine. Its signature variety, "Beef Brisket Noodles," featuring a rich broth paired with savory beef brisket, has been honored as an intangible cultural heritage of Yulin City due to its distinctive flavor.
In recent years, Yuzhou District has committed to standardized production and deepened brand-oriented operations, creating a closed-loop industrial chain encompassing "planting—processing—distribution—sales." Annual production has surpassed 100,000 tons, with products not only selling well in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area but also reaching markets in Southeast Asia.
Gong Wei, Secretary-General of the Chongqing Agricultural Industrialization Association, stated that Chongqing, as a major agricultural product distribution hub in Southwest China, possesses immense consumer market potential, active commercial circulation, and a vibrant dining culture, creating strong demand for high-quality, distinctive agricultural products. Yuzhou Sanhuang Chicken and Yuzhou rice noodles, renowned for their unique qualities and rich flavors, are fully capable and have significant potential to win consumer favor in Chongqing and the broader Southwest market.
During the event, representatives from companies including Guangxi Canhuang Breeding Group Co., Ltd., Guangxy Jiusheng Agriculture Co., Ltd., Guangxi Guanchang Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd., and Yulin Laonanshu Food Co., Ltd., delivered compelling presentations on Yulin Sanhuang Chicken and rice noodle products. In the signing ceremony, the Yuzhou District Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau, Chongqing Shuangfu Agricultural Product Market, and Land-Sea New Channel Chongqing Intermodal Development Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The collaboration will focus on agricultural product production-sales对接, joint brand building and promotion, information sharing and technical support, and industrial project cooperation.
