Following the finalization of the USD note terms, the company, the joint global coordinators, joint lead managers, and joint bookrunners for the USD notes, along with any other initial purchasers, are expected to enter into a USD note purchase agreement. Hong Kong Branch acting as joint global coordinators, joint lead managers, and joint bookrunners for the proposed RMB note issuance, with Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited, Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited, CLSA Limited, SPDB International Capital Limited, CMBC Securities Limited, and Barclays Bank PLC acting as joint lead managers and joint bookrunners for the proposed RMB notes. Following the finalization of the RMB note terms, the company, the joint global coordinators, joint lead managers, and joint bookrunners for the RMB notes, along with any other initial purchasers, are expected to enter into an RMB note purchase agreement. The USD note offering and the RMB note offering are not conditional upon each other. The company intends to use the net proceeds from the proposed note issuance primarily for general corporate purposes.
