FICUS TECH (08107) announced that it has approved the transfer of Professor and Engineer Yang Mengzhang from an Independent Non-Executive Director to an Executive Director and Group Chief Executive Officer, effective from January 12, 2026. The Board of Directors hereby announces the following appointments, effective from January 12, 2026: the appointment of Mr. Wen Yuan as an Executive Director and the Group's Chief Operating Officer for China, responsible for managing and developing the Group's business in China; the appointment of Mr. Feng Jingqian as an Executive Director and the Group's Chief Operating Officer for Hong Kong, China; and the appointment of Mr. Zhan Tingwei as an Independent Non-Executive Director. The Board further announced that, following the transfer, the following matters will take effect from January 12, 2026: Professor and Engineer Yang has resigned as Chairman of the company's Nomination Committee, and as a member of the company's Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee; and Mr. Zhan has been appointed as Chairman of the Nomination Committee, as well as a member of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee.
