福耀玻璃宣派末期股息每股人民币1.20元，H股6月12日支付

福耀玻璃(03606)公布2025年度末期股利的派付安排。公司将向截至2026年5月22日名列股东名册的H股股东，派发截至2025年12月31日止年度的末期现金股利，每股人民币1.20元（含税）。
H股股利以港币支付，按股东周年会召开日前五个工作日中国人民银行公布的人民币兑港币平均基准汇率折算，即每股H股应派末期现金股利约港币1.369525元（含税）。该末期股利将由收款代理人于2026年6月12日（星期五）向H股股东支付。
为确定有权获派末期股利的H股股东名单，公司将于2026年5月18日至2026年5月22日（包括首尾两天）暂停办理H股股份过户登记手续。H股股东若尚未登记，须于2026年5月15日下午4时30分前，将有关过户文件交回香港的H股股份过户登记处香港中央证券登记有限公司。
对H股非居民企业股东，公司将按10%的税率代扣代缴企业所得税；H股外籍个人股东则暂免征收个人所得税。沪深港通投资者的股利派发亦有明确税务安排：通过沪股通及深港通持有A股或H股的投资者，公司按相关规定代扣所得税，其中内地个人投资者通过港股通取得H股股利按20%税率代扣个人所得税，内地企业投资者则自行申报缴纳。
A股股东的派息时间表为：股权登记日2026年5月12日（星期二），除息日及现金股利派发日均为2026年5月13日（星期三）。
