24H|Adobe Jumped 14% in Overnight Trading After Raising Its Revenue Forecast; Arm Gained 3% on Joining Nasdaq-100 Index

Photoshop maker Adobe raised its revenue forecast for fiscal 2024 on Thursday as more businesses and consumers take to its artificial intelligence-powered editing tools amid signs of an easing economy. Shares of Adobe jumped 14% in overnight trading.

Nasdaq announced on Thursday that ARM Holdings Ltd will be added to several of its key indexes, including the Nasdaq-100 Index, starting June 24, 2024. The British semiconductor and software design company is set to replace Sirius XM Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: NASDAQ:SIRI) in the Nasdaq-100 Index and the Nasdaq-100 Equal Weighted Index. Arm shares gained 3% in overnight trading.

Tesla Motors stock rose 0.5% in overnight trading after gaining 2.9% on Thursday. Tesla shareholders approved CEO Elon Musk's $56 billion pay package, the electric vehicle-maker said on Thursday, a big thumbs-up to his leadership and an enticement for keeping his focus on his biggest source of wealth.
