Frasers Property completes 300 million Singapore dollars perpetual securities redemption

Frasers Property Limited (TQ5) announced that it has fully redeemed the 300 million Singapore dollars fixed-rate subordinated perpetual securities issued by its subsidiary, Frasers Property Treasury Pte. Ltd., under the 5 billion Singapore dollars multicurrency debt issuance programme. The redemption, executed on Jan, 19 2026, covered the securities’ principal together with accrued distributions.
The repayment follows the company’s notice on Nov, 28 2025, stating its intention to exercise the call option on Jan, 17 2026 in accordance with the securities’ terms and conditions.
With the transaction completed, all redeemed securities will be cancelled and delisted from Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
