China Longyuan Power Group Corporation Limited (00916) has announced the successful issuance of its super short-term commercial paper on December 30, 2025. The total issuance volume for this super short-term commercial paper is 2.2 billion yuan, with a maturity period of 14 days, a unit face value of 100 yuan, and a coupon rate of 1.70%. Interest on the paper commenced accruing from December 30, 2025. The funds raised through this issuance will be utilized to supplement daily working capital and repay interest-bearing debts of the issuer and its subsidiaries.
